Alice Audouin

Founder – CEO

Alice Audouin is a trailblazer with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, CSR, responsible communication, and contemporary art and the environment.

As a consultant, curator, lecturer, teacher, author, and founder-president of the nonprofit Art of Change 21, Alice believes in embracing multiple perspectives to address the complexity of sustainability issues.

A pioneer since 2001 with the launch of Novethic, she later spent 8 years as Head of Sustainability at the Havas Group. She co-founded C3D, COAL, and in 2014 created Art of Change 21, a global initiative linking art and climate action. For Alice, vision and creativity are essential drivers of change.

She is the author of six books, including “Biocenosis. Art & Biodiversity” and “Novacene. Art & Climate Crisis” (FR/EN, 2023, Lord Byron), “On entend dire que… l’écologie c’est fini” (Eyrolles/Les Échos, 2013), “La Communication Responsable” (Eyrolles, 2009–2010), and the novel “Ecolocash” (Anabet, 2007).

She has been awarded the Chevalier of the National Order of Merit and the Order of Arts and Letters.

Oscar Bardet

Junior Consultant

Oscar Bardet brings together a strong background in contemporary art and a deep commitment to sustainability. With a Master’s in the international art market, his early work focused on how artistic trends reflect social and environmental challenges.

He gained hands-on experience in the Art & Culture Department at Maison Ruinart (2021–2022), the first champagne house to pioneer sustainability and art-environment collaborations.

Oscar joined Audouin Consulting in early 2023 and contributes to all three pillars: Creative CSR, Art for the Environment, and Responsible Communication. He focuses on stakeholder engagement and helps brands connect social and ecological issues with strategic intent.

Deeply attuned to generational shifts, Oscar studies the expectations of Gen Y and Z audiences. His dual perspective—artistic and social—enables him to deliver creative, inclusive sustainability solutions.
