Alice Audouin

Founder – CEO

Alice Audouin is a trailblazer with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, CSR, responsible communication, and contemporary art and the environment.

As a consultant, curator, lecturer, teacher, author, and founder-president of the nonprofit Art of Change 21, Alice believes in embracing multiple perspectives to address the complexity of sustainability issues.

A pioneer since 2001 with the launch of Novethic, she later spent 8 years as Head of Sustainability at the Havas Group. She co-founded C3D, COAL, and in 2014 created Art of Change 21, a global initiative linking art and climate action. For Alice, vision and creativity are essential drivers of change.

She is the author of six books, including “Biocenosis. Art & Biodiversity” and “Novacene. Art & Climate Crisis” (FR/EN, 2023, Lord Byron), “On entend dire que… l’écologie c’est fini” (Eyrolles/Les Échos, 2013), “La Communication Responsable” (Eyrolles, 2009–2010), and the novel “Ecolocash” (Anabet, 2007).

She has been awarded the Chevalier of the National Order of Merit and the Order of Arts and Letters.

Oscar Bardet

Junior Consultant

After earning a Master’s degree in International Art Market, Oscar chose to place his expertise at the crossroads of contemporary creation and societal issues. His first experience with the Art and Culture Department at Maison Ruinart (2021–2022)—a pioneer in bridging art, luxury, and sustainability—allowed him to contribute to projects where creativity meets environmental responsibility.

Since 2023, he has brought this transversal approach to his work at Audouin Consulting, contributing across all three areas: Creative CSR, Art for the Environment, and Responsible Communication. He focuses particularly on stakeholder engagement and brand strategy, convinced that art is a powerful lever to translate commitments into tangible experiences.

Oscar also pays close attention to the expectations of Generations Y and Z, whom he views as decisive drivers of social and ecological transformation. By combining artistic expertise with an analysis of cultural shifts, he develops creative and inclusive solutions to help brands in their sustainability journey.

Cécile Franzetti

Senior Consultant

After twenty years of international experience between New York, Paris, and London, Cécile decided to place her communication expertise in service of environmental transition. As Group Director and later European Business Development Director in leading UK agencies such as FITCH Design and Bulletproof Limited, she worked with global brands including Marks & Spencer, Danone, Mondelez, and Kellogg’s, advising them on brand and communication strategy.

In 2020, she shifted her career path and deepened her knowledge at the Collège des Hautes Études du Développement Durable, Ecolearn, and the Institut des Futurs Souhaitables. Building on this solid foundation, along with a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from CELSA Sorbonne, she joined Audouin Consulting in 2021 as Senior Consultant.

Convinced that cooperation and new narratives are at the heart of future transformations, she has specialized in collaborative design and the facilitation of complex issues. Her strength lies in connecting ideas, people, and projects to create sustainable collective dynamics.

Sandrine Gintzburger

Senior Consultant & Head of Development

After fifteen years in media and communication, Sandrine held senior management roles at Lagardère Publicité and later led B2B and B2C digital strategies for the Marie Claire Group, building strong expertise in digital transformation, brand strategy, and communication.

In 2015, she founded a pioneering consultancy dedicated to contemporary art for businesses. She developed an innovative offer combining corporate art acquisitions, the commissioning of bespoke works, and financing structures. Société Générale selected her as its first partner to finance artworks, positioning Sandrine as a key player at the intersection of art, business, and innovation.

In 2020, she took a decisive turn towards environmental issues by joining Art of Change 21, an NGO connecting art and ecology. Since then, she has specialized in CSR strategy, responsible communication, sustainable media buying, and regulatory compliance. Today, as Senior Consultant at Audouin Consulting, she draws on her dual background in both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, as well as her combined expertise in contemporary art and responsible communication, to help organizations implement measurable, transparent, and high-impact strategies.

Andrew Greenwood

Senior Consultant, CSRD & ESG Reporting

After a 15-year career in the telecom sector in France and his native England, Andrew turned to sustainability in 2020. Ecological transition is now at the heart of both his professional work and his way of life.

When not leading high-impact projects in sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, ESG reporting, or low-carbon accounting and strategy (Andrew is certified in the Bilan Carbone® method), he can be found at dawn on a secluded beach in Greece, protecting sea turtles. For him, environmental action goes far beyond the professional sphere. It is a vocation that manifests both in the design of climate and sustainability roadmaps and in tangible, on-the-ground actions. For Andrew, commitment is not an option—it is a responsibility at every level.
